Well today saw the start of our new diet. No more sugar, or at least a massive reduction in our intake.
That means no more low fat yoghurts, no cereal, no sweets, no chocolate, no ready made meals. We’ve also banned bread, potatoes and rice.
And today was the first day back on my bike cycling to work. Probably not the best idea I’ve ever had, as on the way home I was seriously lacking energy.
And why are we doing this?
Because we’ve both turned into a couple of fatties. I need to reduce my weight by 10%, so I’ve set myself a goal of losing 10kgs.
