Day 1: The New Low Carb Diet

Well I have successfully completed my first day on the new diet.  I know its early days, but it hasn’t been too bad today.

After my omelette and sausages for breakfast, I went on to have a chicken salad for lunch with homemade crackers (no wheat involved) and baby bell cheese to help me survive the day.

This evening was a lovely meal of Salmon with Aspargus, broccoli and courgettes, followed by Chocolate dessert.  However no chocolate was involved in making the dessert. The main ingredient for the dessert was ground almonds and cocoa and whatever else Claire through into the mix.

So after my first day I have survived the cravings and hunger pains, and I’m on my way to a body beautiful.  Just need to get used to these tablets now, I’m sure I felt a bit light headed today, and tired which is one of the common side effects of the drug.

And before anyone asks, am I going to posting everything I eat from now on, the answer is no, unless its something new that Jelly (Claire) has made.
