Well we are now into week 2 of the low carb diet, or should that be no carb diet!! How will we fare this week? Well its got off to a cracker of a start. Attended a team meeting this morning at a hotel in Ascot and resisted the danish pastries and helped myself to the water and fresh water melon slice.
I’d had my two sausages and boiled egg before i left home, so that probably helped.
Lunch was another chicken salad with olives, but still very tasty.
This evening Jelly treated me to a home-made chicken curry and rice. However it wasn’t what it looked like. The rice was actually cauliflower shredded down very finely to look like rice.
What looked like potato in the curry was actually butternut squash, and the chicken was ……. well chicken lol
